  • Formulates the Quality Policy and quality objectives.
  • Initiates and exercise overall control over the quality system.
  • Provide necessary resources to maintain the system.
  • Conducts management reviews of the quality system.
  • Allocates responsibilities and authority to various personnel.
  • Approve sub - contractors.
  • Interacts with customers, reviews and finalizes the contracts.
 
Management Representative
  • Conduct and arrange training.
  • Implement measures to motivate personnel.
  • Assist Managing Partners in conducting Management Review & Meetings.
 
Foreman (Mill)
  • Plan & execute production.
  • Maintain production equipment/machines and develop rolls and tools.
  • Supervise storage areas.
  • Control further processing unit any conditions likely to cause non-conformities are rectified.
  • Arrange packing and storage till product is handed over to dispatch Supervisor
 
Lab / Q.A. /  Incharge
  • Prepare inspection standards.
  • Perform inspection and testing in accordance with the inspection standards, and documented procedures for bought out parts, inprocess and final products.
  • Give disposition of non-confirming products.
  • Maintain inspection records.
  • Initiate requests for and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Maintain and ensure calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipment.
  • Control and monitor processes.
  • Define workmanship standards.
 
Manager (Sales/Materials)
  • Select qualified subcontractors.
  • Prepare and approve purchase documents.
  • Arrange procurement of material in co-ordination with Managing Partner
